For today, I give you a recipe on how to improve a simple dinner.
Salmon Skewers
We need:
150 g flour
400 ml of milk
3 eggs
chives
250 g fresh cottage cheese
100 g sour cream
250 g smoked salmon
oil
salt
Method:
Mix milk with flour, add eggs and ½ teaspoon of salt. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Mix the cheese with cream, chopped chives and salt. Using a small amount of oil, fry 8 pancakes from the dough. Spread the cheese mixture on each pancake and put thin slices of salmon onto it. Roll in the pancake, cut the edges and cut the rest into 3-4 pieces of the same size and skewer them on a wooden stick.
